Meet Our Families

Eight families (about 40 people including kids) were living in one flat when we visited to meet the family in Prek Luong Commune, Srok Khsack Kandal, Kandal Province, Cambodia.  Samon's daughters' are Tha, Kunthea, Rod and Khouch. Tha has four sons, Kunthea has three daughters, Rod has two daughters and Khouch has 5 daughters.  Srey has four kids- Vichoy, Sokleang, Sokheng, and Dara. Vichoy has no child, Sokleang has a son and a daughter, Sokeng has 2 kids, and Dara has 4 kids.  At the age of 19, most of these kids had a 5th baby and has delivered all her children at home through caesarean section without proper medical treatment.  A lot of young mothers have lost their children, and a lot of the babies lost their mothers.  ( All Pictures and videos are taken directly by ValleyReach and uploaded with consent ).
